Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 Saturday-Sunday – weekends
• submission of a written application at a personal meeting with the management of “OPEN TRADING” LLC;
• submission of a written application by mail to the address “OPEN TRADING” LLC;
• electronically using the form below.
• the full name of the consumer must be indicated in accordance with the founding documents, legal address, address of the location of the electricity supply facility;
• the essence of the raised issue, proposals, statements, complaints, messages, etc. is outlined;
• the consumer’s written appeal/complaint/claim must be signed by the applicant(s) and dated. To the appeal/complaint/claim, the consumer must attach the available originals of decisions or copies of decisions that were taken on his/her appeal/complaint/claim earlier, as well as documents necessary for consideration of the appeal/complaint/claim, which are returned after his/her consideration to the consumer When submitting an application/complaint/claim in electronic form, an e-mail address to which a reply can be sent to the applicant or information on other means of communication with him must also be indicated. The use of an electronic digital signature when sending by electronic communication is not required.
A preliminary response to a consumer’s appeal/complaint/claim is provided within 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of the appeal/complaint/claim, if the consumer’s e-mail address and phone number are indicated in it. Appeals/complaints/claims/notifications of consumers about the threat to electrical safety are considered in substance within the terms established by the current legislation, depending on the subject of the issues raised in them.

Procedure:
In the event of detection of events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of people, animals, or may lead to system malfunctions in the operation of equipment or accidents at work, it is necessary to immediately, first of all, keep a safe distance from the scene of the event (in case of a short circuit to the ground or a tree falling on the wires of overhead lines the safe distance is no closer than 8 meters), notify others of the danger, prevent bystanders or animals from approaching the scene of the accident, and report what has happened via means of communication or directly to the manager or another authorized person at the enterprise, for consumers – consumer service center of LLC “OPEN TRADING” by phone: 38(097)0332121
