“OPEN TRADING” LLC offers the supply of electrical energy on new, favorable terms:

1. Electricity is supplied at tariffs agreed with customers. The price depends on the characteristics of electricity consumption by the consumer.

2. Payment for consumed electricity is made according to a flexible schedule agreed with each consumer individually.

3. The permissible power limits during the maximum load control hours at the consumer’s facilities are set at the permissible power level.


4. It is possible to quickly adjust the declared consumption both during the year and during the month of delivery, with a corresponding change in the amount of payments. 


5. This is especially important for companies whose consumption, depending on various factors, can change dramatically during the month. Consumption volumes are not limited. That is, the consumer has the right to consume electricity in the amounts he needs (but not exceeding the technical capabilities of energy equipment).


6. There are no penalties and other sanctions for exceeding the limits of the volume and capacity of electricity consumed. Consumers of our company consume electricity on comfortable terms, without paying any penalties for exceeding the capacity and / or volume of electricity consumed.

 

7. The specialists of our company independently prepare and transfer the documents necessary to provide electricity to their customers.

Rights and obligations of consumer and supplier

The supplier has the right to:

1) receive payment from the Consumer for the supplied electricity;


2) control the correctness of the Consumer’s payment documents;

3) іnitiate the termination of electricity supply to the Consumer in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement and applicable law;


4) unimpeded access to the consumer’s measuring equipment for checking the indicators of the amount of electricity actually used by the Consumer;


5) carry out together with the Consumer comparison of actually used volumes of electric energy with signing of the corresponding act;


6) receive compensation from the Consumer for losses incurred by the Supplier in connection with non-performance or improper performance by the Consumer of its obligations to the Supplier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable law, including compensation from the Consumer for early termination of the Agreement. cases not provided by the Agreement;

7) other rights provided by the current legislation and this Agreement.

The Supplier undertakes:

1) ensure the proper quality of electricity supply services in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and this Agreement;


2) accrue and bill the Consumer for the supplied electricity in accordance with the requirements and in the manner prescribed by the EDP and this Agreement;


3) ensure the availability of various commercial offers for the supply of electricity to the Consumer;


4) provide the Consumer with information on his rights and obligations, electricity prices, the procedure for payment for consumed electricity, the procedure for changing the current Supplier


5) publish on the official website (and in mass media in the cases provided by law) detailed information about the change in the price of electricity 20 days before its implementation;


6) accept payment from the Consumer for the supplied electricity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Additional Agreements;


7) make payment for electric energy distribution services to the system operator, if the Consumer has not chosen the method of paying for the distribution service directly with the system operator;


8) to consider the Consumer’s appeal in accordance with the procedure established by law, in particular on issues of charges for electric energy, and if there are relevant grounds, to satisfy his demands;


9) ensure proper organization of own work for the possibility of transferring and processing the Consumer’s appeal on issues related to the implementation of this Agreement;


10) compensate the losses incurred by the Consumer in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Supplier of its obligations under this Agreement;


11) ensure confidentiality of data received from the Consumer;

12) to provide financial guarantees for the system operator in accordance with the procedure defined by the legislation in case of payment by the Consumer for the service of distribution of electric energy through the Supplier;

13) within 3 (three) days from the date when the Supplier became aware of the inability to continue supplying electricity to the Consumer, he undertakes to inform the Consumer of his right:

  • — choose another electricity supplier;
  • — consequences for the Consumer if he does not choose a new electricity supplier;
  • — switch to an electricity supplier, which is assigned special duties in accordance with the established procedure (“last resort” supplier);
  • — for compensation for damages caused due to the impossibility of further performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Agreement;



14) perform other duties assigned to the Supplier by current legislation and/or this Agreement.

The consumer has the right to:

1) choose the method of determining the price for the supply of electricity under the conditions specified in the commercial offer selected by the Consumer;

 

2) receive electricity under the conditions specified in this Agreement;

 

3) purchase electricity with the level of quality of commercial services in accordance with the requirements of current quality standards of services approved by the Regulator, as well as to receive compensation for violation of such requirements, the amount of which is specified in the commercial proposal;

 

4) receive free of charge all information regarding his rights and obligations, information on the price, the procedure for payment of consumed electricity, as well as other information to be provided by the Supplier in accordance with applicable law and / or this Agreement;

 

5) receive information on volumes and other parameters of own electricity consumption free of charge;

 

6) apply to the Supplier to resolve any issues related to the implementation of this Agreement;

 

7) require the Supplier to provide a written form of this Agreement;

 

8) demand explanations from the Supplier regarding the received invoices and in case of disagreement with the settlement procedure or the calculated amount require verification of settlement data and / or appeal them in the manner prescribed by this Agreement and applicable law;

 

9) to reconcile the actual calculations in the manner prescribed by the EDP with the signing of the relevant act;

 

10) freely choose another electricity supplier and terminate this Agreement in the manner prescribed by this Agreement and applicable law;

 

11) to appeal against any unauthorized, illegal or other actions of the Supplier that violate the rights of the Consumer, and to participate in the consideration of these complaints under the conditions specified by applicable law and this Agreement;

 

12) receive compensation from the Supplier for losses incurred in connection with the failure or improper performance by the Supplier of its obligations to the Consumer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable law;

 

13) switch to electricity supply to another electricity supplier, in the presence of a consumer contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and no termination of electricity supply due to arrears of electricity supply to the existing Supplier, and / or suspend or terminate this Agreement the order established by him;

 

14) other rights provided by the current legislation and this Agreement

The consumer undertakes:

1) ensure timely and full payment for consumed electricity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

 

2) enter into a contract with the consumer in the prescribed manner for the provision of electricity distribution services with the system operator to acquire the right to lawful consumption of electricity and transportation of electricity to the limit of balance of the Consumer;

 

3) rational use of electricity, be careful with electrical devices and use the received electricity exclusively for their own consumption and prevent unauthorized consumption of electricity;

 

4) within 5 working days before the start of electricity supply by the new electricity supplier, but not later than the date specified in this Agreement, pay the Supplier for the consumed electricity;

 

5) provide security for the fulfillment of obligations to pay for the supply of electricity in the event of inability to repay the debt for the supply and / or being in the process of liquidation or bankruptcy in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine and the EEAP;

 

6) freely allow representatives of the Supplier to enter their territory, residential, industrial, utility and ancillary premises where electricity metering units, measuring equipment, etc. are located after presenting their service certificates for verification of readings on actually consumed electricity;

 

7) ensure the transfer to the address of the Supplier of the Act of purchase and sale signed by the Consumer and the Act of reconciliation of mutual settlements for the settlement period during the month following the settlement.

 

8) indemnify the Supplier for losses incurred by him in connection with the non-performance or improper performance by the Consumer of its obligations to the Supplier, imposed on him by applicable law and / or this Agreement;

 

9) perform other duties imposed on the Consumer by current legislation and / or this Agreement.

The procedure for providing notifications about the threat to consumer electrical safety
This Procedure defines the procedure for providing information on the threat to electrical safety of consumers and is designed to respond quickly and quickly localize events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of humans, animals or may lead to systemic equipment failures or accidents at work.
I. Actions of employees or witnesses of an accident or accident that poses a threat to electrical safety:

Procedure:
In case of detection of circumstances that endanger the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to systemic malfunctions of equipment or accidents at work, you must immediately keep a safe distance from the scene (in case of earth fault or falling tree on air wires lines, the safe distance is not closer than 8 meters), to inform about the danger of others, to prevent accidental passers-by or animals approaching the accident site and to report what happened through communication or direct manager or other authorized person of the company for consumers – call: 38(097) 033 21 21
